Beef bourguignon
Materials:
Beef cut in small pieces
Mushrooms
Bacon
Onions
Garlic
Red wine
Butter
Corn flour
Cooking cream
Recipe:
Blanch the veal in hot water and then rinse it with cold water. In a saucepan, sauté in butter the onions , bacon and mushrooms . Once browned, add the veal .Pour some red wine and add some more water, salt, pepper. Boil for about an hour and a half. Put a little corn flour dissolved in water to thicken the sauce and finally add some cream to give it a more creamy texture.
